Blackfriars, our Hartpury Gloucester accommodation, provides secure student accommodation in Gloucester city centre, offering modern living spaces, large communal areas and en-suite rooms with queen-size beds.
Transport and parking
Transport:
Our Hartpury Gloucester accommodation (Blackfriars) is just a 10–15-minute drive or bus journey to campus. You may choose to travel on our Hartpury shuttle bus, which departs from right outside the accommodation.
Parking:
If you plan to bring your own car, there are several private car parks nearby which you may choose to use. Please note that parking is not included in your accommodation fee, you'll need to arrange and pay for parking separately. Certain car parks, such as the one at Gloucester Quays, offers discounted parking permits for students.

You’ll need your Hartpury Student reference and your email address to apply for a room. Please ensure you have these to hand to register via our application portal. You can apply for Livery at the same time. Register here.

Remember:
First year undergraduate students are guaranteed accommodation, however, it won't be allocated until you've made us your firm choice.
Rooms & facilities
The modern single rooms all include en-suite facilities, as well as a spacious wardrobe, comfortable study area and convenient storage. The accommodation costs also include free high speed internet and free contents insurance.
The kitchen and living area is shared by 5-8 other rooms. with all utility bills included within the accommodation fees. Students will also have access to covered cycle storage.
All students will have access to on-site laundry facilities.
