2. Meeting your academic conditions

If you have received a conditional offer, you will need to work towards meeting the academic conditions listed in your offer letter. This usually means achieving the required grades in your current studies and, in some cases, providing proof of your English language ability.

Once you have met all the conditions of your offer, it will become unconditional and your place to study at Hartpury will be confirmed.

When your final results are available, please complete our document collection form so we can review them and confirm your place. This form is used to collect documents from your previous school, college, or university. Please upload transcripts or certificates that show the subjects you studied and the grades you achieved, and confirm completion or graduation if applicable. If you have any issues completing the form, please contact the Admissions Team at international@hartpury.ac.uk.

If your results are lower than expected, please do not worry. Our International team will review your results and contact you to discuss any alternative options that may be available.

3. Providing proof of English language

All students need to have a certain level of English language before studying with us. This is to ensure you will be successful in your studies and during your time in the UK. You may also need to provide proof of English language proficiency if you are applying for a visa.

4. Applying for your visa

If you do not hold a UK or Republic of Ireland passport, you will need to apply for a Student visa to study in the UK. You can start applying for your visa up to six months before the start of your course.

The immigration process can appear quite complex but our International team will help guide you through every step of the process and provide specialist support on applying for a new Student visa or renewing an existing visa.
